RecommendedToday was suppose to be a fun day in the snow with family, unfortunately I broke my tibia and fibula. The ER staff, X-ray staff and Lab was exceptional with my care from admission to dismissal. So grateful for our hospital. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

My son is VERY hard to get lab drawn on.. we needed lab done so we had the doctor send the order to SCKMC so we went in to get his lab done and everybody was so nice and welcoming! Once we got back to get his lab done the lab ladies were so good and was willing to work with my sons needs! It was a VERY well worth successful trip!! Couldn’t thank SCKMC enough for everything from the girl taking our information to the girls doing the lab!
When you take two lil girls to the ark city hospital and the room they put you in is vvisibly dirty and trash on the floor.
I have been having back pain on and off. My insurance company wanted me to have physical therapy prior to any further diagnostics. I have been going to Ashley Johnson one of the newer physical therapists in the department. Ashley is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining exercises I need to do to help my back pain. I wish now I had done P.T. years ago. If you ever need physical therapy they have a great team at SCKMC.
I had the best experience at Sckmc today! I had to have an acilis tendon type surgery and all of the surgical staff from the nurses to the surgical techs to the doctor himself were kind , knowledgeable and comforting!!! I felt very well taking care of and would not have wanted to have this surgery or any other procedure done anywhere else ❤️❤️❤️ #sckmcproud !!!!!!
They care about their patients and the staff is first rate. Being in the hospital is never a good moment but to have quality care without driving to places and people that don’t know me is even more unsettling.
They have a horrible billing department!! Two months in a row I have paid my bill on line and the following month I get a FINAL NOTICE threatening to send me to collections for a bill I have already paid. To make matters worse - their no one at the hospital that can correct the issue and they send me to a 3rd party billing company.
