Bought a truck that I thought had a bad clutch. I pulled the trans to find a street dual disk. Called these guys up and they helped me as if I had purchased it from them. They hooked me up with the correct parts I needed to get it fixed. Very impressive customer service. Product was installed incorrectly by previous owner.
I just ran a 11.28 at 126 with a south bend clutch. If that's not a 5 star rating I don't know what is.
Great company, great clutch, great customer service period
SB's customer service sets the bar high enough that their competitors can't even find it. I had to replace the clutch in my '08 Ram 2500 and Greg talked to me more times than I could count. He explained my options, walked me through troubleshooting and even helped me deal with a less than knowledgeable repair shop. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.
I just picked my truck up from the shop last night with the street dual disk, upgraded hydraulics, billet input shaft, and let me just say it's like night and day I haven't even drove 50 miles into the break in period and it's like pushing a flower over with your foot. I'm ready for the break in period to be done. DEFINATELY worth the money.
I love when company's like this have 150 plus 5 star reviews and the 5 1 star reviews and all the one stars say it's the worst company ever! 100k on my DD in my Ram! Towing heavy and driving hard, still don't think I'm hard enough on my clutch!
