Absolutely best customer service I have ever experienced
I replaced my stock 2006 Dodge clutch with a south bend single disc. The first clutch lasted 9 months. I chalked it up to maybe a bad driver so I installed another. The second clutch lasted 10 months. This is a 3500 Tow truck it weighs about 11000 lbs and tow lighter cars. I was told when I bought this it was better than factory and would work fine. I call with an Issue today and talk to a tech and I am now informed that South Bend Clutches need to be driven 1000 miles before they are used at all. This is a terrible product ... read more
My husband's truck came with a South Bend dual disk clutch. He absolutely loved it. When it failed, South Bend was great to work with and treated him well. They have definitely earned a lifetime customer.
Had a clutch I needed converted to a different hub size , sent them in and only was charged for shipping , wonderful customer service and a pleasure to deal with , more than satisfied !!
3 double disc clutches and all have failed and destroyed my transmission on a 2000 7.3 and they won't do anything about buy a different clutch
Numerous drag passes and street abuse on sb full faced Kevlar hybrid clutch. Never a chatter, never slipped, awesome clutches and customer support
