After reading some of the other reviews on the performance and quality of SBClutches , it makes total sense on why their product has went to crap- stopped by This past Friday 2/14/20 and I witnessed what looked like a cross between a daycare, work release and addiction rehab center. The employees there (that particular day ) total disgrace . Reeked of pot & cigarettes- looked like young kids run that place amuck with no supervision. Bought a clutch which was recommended to me for my specific needs and it failed within the limits of the warranty. Wouldn’t make good on the warranty and then stopped replying to my emails. Terrible customer service and certainly don’t recommend.
RecommendedJust had my Dual Mass clutch replaced on my Dodge 3500. It was replaced with a G56-OK-HD it is smooth and quiet....very very nice.
I purchased a dual disc clutch for my 2008 Dodge Ram 2500 6.7L. After install, there was a terrible noise, like a rattle, that I could not get to go away. I had only put 45k miles on this clutch and no I am looking at having to replace either the throw out bearing or the pressure plate. Will advise when I reach that point. Customer service was able to get in touch with me after I reached out but seeing as it is out of that small warranty, not sure they're going to do much to assist. Bought a Organic dual disc with upgraded input shaft after talking with someone at South Bend. Everything went together great, If I didn't install it myself, I wouldn't believe it is a dual disc setup, quiet and smooth and low pedal pressure. I did hate the Allen bolts for the starter, but other than that this setup is nice, thank you.
