Always the best!!!!!! The ladies at the desk are super friendly and helpful. My aids were fixed promptly by an efficient & nice gentleman.
wish they could have given me the hearing test but couldn't because of wax against the eardrum and i have to go to the ENT dr. on march 6th to have that done..the people who work at so.bay hearing are great!

Lost the short string that assisted me in removing my hearing device from my left ear. Angela got that fixed quickly and I left the place within 10 minutes of my arrival.
I have been using the Lyric Hearing Aids for years. I am very pleased with the results. I recommend them to everyone that discusses hearing problems with me. Try them, you will Love them.
Everyone is extremely helpful, starting with the reception staff. All staff are knowledgeable and do all they can to give you good hearing.
They are very nice, friendly and have helped my hearing for over 3years now. Cost are a little high but you get what you pay for. Very satisfied.
