I went to another hearing aid center prior to coming here. The difference was night and day. The staff was professional, the Audiologist was thorough, explained everything clearly and was beyond patient in answering my numerous questions.
They care about my hearing and use modern test equipment to monitor me annually.
I have worked with two different audiologists and they were both excellent. When you enter the office the people at the desk are very friendly and welcome you with open arms.
The staff is polite and professional. I was seen promptly and all the COVID precautions were adhered to.
Everyone and everything is in order.
South Bay Hearing has wonderful staff and great products. I had my first set of hearing aids for over six years before I just got my new ones. South Bay Hearing staff are all very friendly and helpful. They have the latest technology from several different brands of hearing aids. My audiologist, Jacob Iveland is knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. I recommend him and South Bay very highly.
From the staff at the front desk to the audiologists you are treated with respect/ on time/ they take care of business. I happened to be in the office when 2 older ladies in wheelchairs we escorted in and the the way they kindly treated made me feel I was in the right place. Enough said. 👍
