Was up all Friday night with my 4 yr old running a fever and throwing up and took him to the emergency room yesterday was there for 4 hrs without getting put in a room they did a strep and a flu test I had to knock on door to triage to find out they was negative needless to say it would've been Ben an hr or more to get a room for further evaluation we left because my 4 year old was crying to go home so continue the ibprophen and Tylenol every 4 hrs and hope it a bug the fact that I saw people who came after me going back fas... read more

Everything was great, minus the fact I had to make a second trip back because the nurse who put the original bandage on my buttcheek for second degree burns, put the tape on the actual burn so this morning when I went to change the bandage it started ripping off all of my skin. had to go back in this morning and have the bandage taken off as well as a lot of my skin. It felt amazing �
I try not to go there very often, but when I do, I am treated with respect and kindness. Could not ask for better nurses and aides. That being said, I am always read to leave. The place is full of sick people.
I have visited the emergency room numerous times and been a patient several times. I have always had professional nurses and doctors and very good care.
The staff and nurses at South Baldwin are the kindest, most effiecient, and most attentive I have seen. I have been a patient and also a concerned friend or family member to others in the hospital. Each time, I have come into contact with caring, friendly people who have put me at ease.
