I rather take myself or my family to the vet clinic. What a horrible hospital
I had a wonderful experience there. Everything about about my stay was great.
The best medical staff I have ever been treated by.
We were at the Gulf State Park riding bikes on their new paths and a family was coming at me from the opposite direction. They didn't move out of the way in time and I tried stopping, panicked and grabbed the railing. As a result I got a splinter in the palm of my hand. I waited a couple of days thinking it would work its way out but of course it didn't. The Medical Center got me in quick with a very short wait time and Dr Robert Russell and his nurse were very good with treating "this very nervous senior citizen". Afterward... read more
I believe yes they take care of you but I believe they have a quota they have to take care of like they have to keep you for so many hours so they get paid it's like the longer you stay the longer you pay
Been there several times over the last 4 years with my husband, son and my self and have been treated well from the ER, outpatient, lab and patient in the hospital. The Doctors and Staff was very nice, they even called to see how we were doing and how our visit was and if we were treated well. I have know problem using there for anything.
took almost 5 hours to just get checked in trios and my blood pressure checked...another 2 to be seen by a doctor who had someone else's chart, thinking it was me and Amber in registration was beyond rude to 4 different people, she even rolled her eyes at an elderly woman for asking her where the bathroom was. Very poor bed side manner, for people coming in the ER, already scared and not sure what may be wrong with them. I arrived around 12:20pm and finally left at 7:10pm
I have to say, this has been one of the BEST experiences I've had here at South!! Nurse Crystal RN you are fantastic and thank you SO super much for being one of my Super Heroes tonight here in the ER. My other Super Heroes are of course Richard, PA (he's always been super great) Greg the tech guy for xrays and other testing, and the other wonderful man that helped me also. I'm so sorry I didn't get your name, but I promise you didn't go unnoticed you were wonderful too!!
I, and my husband, have had to utilize the services offered by South Baldwin Regional Medical Center on more than one occasion over the past three years since relocating to this area. All staff are knowledgeable in their field of expertise, clean, courteous, patient care oriented, etc. The facility, which meets the criteria set forth by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization, is impecable. I cannot put into words to adequately express my appreciation of and for this facility and its staff, including... read more
