I'm a die-hard carnivore. The fact that I'm even rating the restaurant tells how good it is! The food, the atmosphere, the people...I only have positive things to say.
I got the mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy, and the collard greens!!! So dang good my mouth is still watering. We also got the nachos, jalapeño poppers, and the toasty burger plus coconut cake and peach cobbler. � A go to place if youre in the area!!
I am not vegan. But Souley Vegan is as good as food gets. A soul food joint lives and dies by its corn bread and collard greens and theirs is among the best west of the Mississippi. If you love red beans and rice you will be well pleased. The BBQ tofu is to die for. Try the fried saitan which is better than chicken fried steak.

Deliciousness! The huge portions and awesome food make the price more than worth it. The hostess and servers were also very friendly. I have leftovers for days and cannot wait to try it again.
Pure love and devotion if every dish, in every interaction with staff and diners. Love the aristry and community chef and fam have created here and wish them nothing but the great success and recognition they deserve!
Great food for a non vegan, too. Good service. Mimosas are very tiny but good.
