I loved my vegan jambalaya yesterday. I always love the food at Souley Vegan!
Wow! As a European vegan I never had this kind of food before! The only reason I would come back to Oakland would be to eat here again! My friend, who isn't vegan was equally pleased (he never before thought you could get "full" on vegan food�) Amazing!! Well worth a trip!
Really good! But 4 ppl at my table including myself got a side of mac n cheese and all of us had a few fires and just didn't care for it at all. I loved the bean and quinoa burger.

Im not a vegan at all... my 15 y/o daughter is trying to become one so we came all the way from Modesto to try the restaurant. I thought the food was amazing! The service was even better! The young lady who took our order was very helpful and her recommendations were spot on. We went on a Sunday so only the brunch menu was available. Looking forward to returning to try the regular menu.
This place had great food, and the portions were more than adequate. The mash potatoes were very good as well as the fried okra and aioli dip. I will definitely be back.
When for lunch and I loved it. Amazing food. I eat the Southern tofu hamburger and the red velvet cake. Nice staff.

I love this place! Everything I've tried there has been amazing...too many things to list, but a couple of my favorites are the monster salad and mashed potatoes and gravy. Sometimes service is slow, but I don't mind. Everyone there has been friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere. I would recommend going on a Thursday evening to check out Melvin Leonard & The Hot Sauce Band, they're amazing and the live band adds a nice touch to your dining experience.
