Billing transparency could beimproved by determining the insurance company's contribution prior toperforming the work so that the patient knows exact cost prior to comingback in for work. Wait times were not bad, but could be improved. I spentabout 20 minutes total wait time last visit and the actual work performedtook about 30 minutes.
