I received a phone call frm one of the malestaff members (I don't think he is normally a front desk person) but he wasfairly pushy and a little rude trying to move my appt up. Dr Abbasian is a decent dentist. However, the people running the office andscheduling are ruining her reputation. I worked near by Sorrento Valley area and havebeen going to Dr Abbasian for years. Back in December of last year, dueemergencies at work, I had called the office to cancel an appointment. I had calledhours before the appointment, the woman who picked up the phone says it was fine,we can rescheduled. She provided me 2 dates that I can come in. Very pushy nurse to make you choose the most expensive option. Really I didn't feelcomfortable in this clinic

Some things that are said by thehygienists during the course of recommending these additional services andproducts leads me to believe that there are strong financial incentives forthem to push these. After several years with them I think I'm going to go toanother dentist.
