Matt, Mark, Brad and Leroy are all awesome trainers. Any day of the week, you can't go wrong - you're sure to leave there soaked in sweat. Highly recommend giving the first free class a shot, I guarantee you will love it. I'm in the best shape of my life and I have these guys to thank.
