Sorabella training center gives an amazing workout. I have been coming here for a bit over three years and I adore it. The trainers always create new and challenging workouts for their group classes, and never disappoint. There is a good mix of on the bag and off the bag strength and cardio exercises that always allow you to modify (or impress yourself) as needed. Great work out one of the best I've ever had and a bunch of great trainers
My wife and I are visiting from Houston for the holidays and like to keep training while we are away. Sorabella training was awesome! Great coaching and demonstration! These guys were also great motivators and kept us going when I felt like tapping out. Thank you guys for the encouragement and for making me work! It was worth it!
