There is no other place I would rather go for a workout. I've been here for over 3 years now, and I'm very happy that I found STC online. The trainers are very skilled and qualified, whether you just want conditioning or learn how to box. Workouts are never easy or the same, but the trainers make sure you have a good time. It kept me in shape, conditioned, and explosive. Highly recommended!
