What a great find! This place has ZERO ego! The owners are seriously the nicest, down to earth guys. I worked up a great sweat and look forward to going back. The people in the class were extremely welcolming. One girl even gave me her jump rope because mine was too short. I liked the format of the class and liked that the instuctors didn't scream at you or play the music super loud.
Place is pissa, with a larger facility, don't wait get in shape yo!;)
