I had seen Dr Johnson when my son was younger and had acne. I decided to try her for my condition. I found her to be very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Wait time could be a little better, but she was definitely worth my wait. Will be seeing her again
Her staff is the rudest around! We have been billed for services that were not rendered and for no call shows that were not even scheduled. When I tried to get it straight with her billing I was talked over and hung up on. She is amazing but the people she surrounds herself with is awful. I'm turning this office in for billing fraud! My husband is a doctor and never would we treat patients they way her front office staff treats people! No thanks!
Dr. Johnson was recommended to me by several friends when I needed help right away. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. She was personable and quickly diagnosed my need. It took no more than 15 minutes at the most. The Rx was effective and I saw her again in one month for her to check my scalp. All was well. Dr. Johnson works quickly with a well-tuned staff. My only concern was in grasping her comments verbally. I need time to take notes and clarify instructions.
My husband and I both really appreciate Dr Sonya Campbell Johnson. She has always listened thoroughly, then is quick and willing to work out the best treatment that both she AND the patient decide on. For us she has always rose above expectations. Thank you Dr. Sonya Campbell Johnson.
By far the most unprofessionally run medical office I have ever been to. The majority of the time when I call for an appointment I am put on hold and never gotten back to. Staff never seems to know why I am there, even though I have told them the reason for my visit when scheduling. Staff has a habit of complaining about the job and patients in earshot of the public. Apparently no one knows HIPPA laws. After putting up with this for several years, I am shopping for a new dermatologist.
