Dr. Johnson was very knowledgeable and is skilled in what she does. I trust her expertise and know I can go to her office rest assured if I ever need services for my skin type. While I personally did not experience any scheduling issues with staff, I wouldn’t let any rescheduling issues or any of that deter me from receiving great service. The peace of mind you get by having someone skilled and knowledgeable about your skin type is not something that’s easy to come by. I received laser hair removal services from Dr. Johnson.
Thought twice about writing this because Dr Johnson is actually a good dermatologist…BUT THAT OFFICE STAFF is another situation!!! To say they are ridiculously rude is an understatement. Spend your hard earned dollars somewhere you can be treated with respect and as if the dollars you are spending are appreciated. I don’t understand how she is staying in business with this crew. I’ll make sure no one that I care about goes to this office. Fire the whole team and start over
I have been pt of Dr Johnson for several years but I will not come back again !!!Recently everything has been changed.When I called to schedule my appointment I waited 40 min on hold and eventually I booked for 20th March , when I went there they mentioned I am not on schedule . Very rude and unprofessional , even not simple apology for the confusion they made . I have been sent to collections for an appointment I missed. When I called the offices to dispute, they offered me no sympathy whatsoever for missing an appointment I booked over a year ago. When I asked why I didn't get a curtesy reminder call/text/email ANYTHING like EVERY OTHER service provider would offer STANDARD... they simply said remembering was my responsibility and they wouldn't take any ownership of it. Doctor Sonya has been my dermatologist for over 10 years. I use a lot of her products ( Gorgeous rx) . I have tried many , none compare to her. She’s awesome ! I have dealt with acne and eczema. She has cleared them both up! I have gotten chemical peels from her. I absolutely adore her. Thank you Dr for helping with my self esteem.
This doctor is so unprofessional and she should not be in practice. She completely ignored my acne and the other reason I was there. She took way too fast and did not let me get a word in at all. Her staff members are so rude and will talk about the patient while earshot away. They even talked about how money hungry and rude Sonya is. I heard from one of the staff that she put her hands on a staff member aggressively. Please save your time and money on this lady because she is not worth it!!
Very unprofessional. Tried to sell her old skin products and only offer offer OTC options. Waste of money. Unprofessional staff. Lack of knowledge of how to apply allergy skin test

Very unprofessional. The doctor was very rude to me. This was my first visit and the doctor hardly listened to my concerns about my skin. She didn't tell me side effects for the prescription that she gave me even though I asked. She didn't seem to care about the issues that I came in for. Overall a terrible experience.
