I have lived at this Complex for over a year. When I moved in the original manager Cammie was fantastic and extremely helpful! Since her departure there has been a change in staff at the front office. The manager now is very rude and disrespectful to tenants. She immediately has an attitude when confronted with regular maintenance issues. I have to call SEVERAL times to have a maintenance issue be attended to. Office manager Ashley is very rude. Witnessed her roll her eyes at another tenant when confronted about a maintenance issue she was having.
My husband and grandson and I LOVE living here! Ashley is amazing and any concerns we have ever had (which have been very few) are addressed immediately. Quiet, family atmosphere. Even the maintenance men always have a smile for you. Even though we are in an "apartment" we feel very at home!
