I just moved in about a week ago, and I absolutely love this place!!! The apartments are well kept, the management is just, amazing and helpful, there's nothing I could say that I wished would improve. This is the place to live!! Everyday, I find something else that I love about this place. It's like a dream come true. ❤️

My husband and I have lived here since 2015 and we love it! Our neighbors are amazing and the staff is incredible. Ashley, in the front office, is always available to help and is great to talk to. The maintenance guys are lifesavers though! Our AC cut out one day in the middle of August, and I called the front to let them know so we could have it fixed. He came running, and had it fixed in five minutes and then stayed with me to make sure it was cooling off fast and staying on. Then to go the extra mile, came by the next day... read more
Been living here since January 2016 and has been nothing but great. Maintenance is done in a good time frame, usually day or two. Complex is every clean and well maintained. Don't know why people are putting bad reviews after reading some. IT'S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX not a house. It takes time to do stuff. Also if it's so bad then just leave or keep quite because people don't care that you don't like it just because it's not going your way. Very quiet community. Ashley is great when it comes to fixing issues or getting you settled in. The townhomes are spacious & great for the price. We love living here.
I love this place and I'm happy to call it home. I also love how helpful and understanding our manager Ashley has been with us since day one. She rocks, this place rocks!!!
Ashley and the staff are great, every time I go to the office they are so friendly and helpful. Also, my maintenance issues are always fixed quickly-Thanks Beto. I highly recommend The Sonterra Apartments. The price is low and the apartments are nice, and I love love that the community is quiet. Will definitely be renewing my lease next month :)
Ashley is wonderful! She has been most helpful in everything from small issues such as a lightbulb going out to my upcoming move. All the staff is so friendly! Jorge is awesome! I highly recommend Sonterra Apartments! I hate to leave after 3 years but life is full of changes. Thank you Ashley for making the change a smooth one!
