Tanya is nasty and very unprofessional. I lived there for 6 years did not have any issues but once she started working there it was not the same. It took longer for things to get taken care of and there was a lack of communicate with her as well. When I moved out she even sent me to collection, I paid for everything before moving out. She did not contact me or even tired to reach out to me and tell me there was money i owed. I received a collection notice not knowing why. for the only complex in jarrell pretty decent may need to update the gym again but like it. thry are informative and keep up on folks buildings, maintenance is spot on.
Great place to live! The manager, Tonya, is friendly and helpful. Maintenance and lawncare are always quickly and efficiently handled by the friendly staff. We have had no pest control problems, even when neighbors have moved in or out. We live in one of the townhomes and the noise from our neighbors is minimal. The pools are nice. We really enjoy living here.
We've been living in this complex for almost a year, it's very comfortable and management is world class. We highly recommend it.
The Manager Tanya is a back stabbing, lying B----! Very EVIL WOMAN NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!!
My husband, our son and I lived in Sonterra Apartments for 1 1/2 yrs. We absolutely loved it! The apartments are nice and well kept. The owner takes great pride in creating that "resort" type feeling and the management ensures that it stays nice. The rates are very good compared to Georgetown. Jarrell is growing and I am happy to see Sonterra Apartments set the expectation for apartments that might be coming to the area.
We loved living here, had to move to Virginia to care for Mom but plan to return as fast as we can! It is the best apartment we have ever lived in. The pools are the best, always clean.
