I love living here at the Sonterra Apartments, the staff Tanya and Michelle are great, very friendly and professional. The complex is very well kept up with updated features and appliances and the apartments are beautiful. We are currently looking forward to moving into one of the 3 bedroom townhomes. I would highly recommend this apartment complex.
I would like to start off with saying that that one star isn’t even derserved. And most of it is towards the Manager. To move in I had to show her my power of attorney. Because my husband was out of the country and is a VETERAN. When your a veteran or active duty military your deposit should be waived. She knew this and still asked for a deposit when I asked her about it during the move she said “ oh that just started today and the owner will not let me refund the money”. I t...Continue Reading
:) We moved in here a month ago and we love it!! Our apartment is located in a great spot, near the laundry mat & pool.
I really liked the facilities and the pool! Nice staff too
Sonterra was a great transition on our first move to Texas from NJ. The apartments were clean, spacious and the pool was wonderful. The groundskeeper was always friendly and did a great job of maintaining the grounds.
While in between houses my husband and I moved here and it was the best town home/apartment we've ever lived in. The staff is very friendly and the apartments are really nice with great floor plans!
Remarkable amenities and comfortable apartments make it a great value.
When I was looking to relocate from Arizona in October, they were on a wait list, Ashley worked with me kept me up to date on the status of availability. She answered all the questions I had, and made the move very easy for me. She helped get the utilities lined up. So I just had to show up and unload the truck. I have really enjoyed my stay so far everyone has been nice and helpful.
