I bought a car in February . Starting having some mechanical issues. Keep in mind it’s a brand new car . Been trying to get it serviced since middle of March . They are refusing to fix my car because I am a health care worker .I have called multiple times to speak with someone over the service manger and the owner of the dealership and No one will return my calls at all .. So I contacted Another Kia dealership who is going to service my car and fix the problem .. I do NOT recommend anyone to go this dealership
