From online to in person, Kia Sons was fantastic. They did everything they could to help us get what we wanted at an amazing price. Karee was very attentive and went above and beyond. Livingston "big country" helped get me into a car with the payment I needed. **edit**. after having my car for only 2 days I noticed a loud noise coming from the front of the car. brought it in for service and it has a damaged control arm and bad tires and needs an alignment. they said they did a 190 point safety inspection. but if they did that would've been caught first. they didn't service this car at all before selling me this.

The service I received was excellent. My salesperson Curtis was professional yet very personable . I purchased a pre-owned vehicle but I am sure I wasn’t treated any differently than if I were purchasing a new car. I was very pleased with every interaction I had with each employee of Sons Kia beginning with the internet liaison and including the manager.

I went to another Kia dealership where the salesman was pushy and wouldn't be quiet during the test drive of a Forte GT Manual. After some consideration, I put my information in to truecar and Olivia Wilkey, from Sons Kia, contacted me. We scheduled a test drive only and she was understanding of the previous situation.
