My salesman was Evon, he really listens, I gave him our criteria and he got us exactly what we needed. He was so helpful he even allowed us to call our insurance company from his office and advised us about the insurance requirements here in GA. We are transplants from Florida. Also noteworthy is Edward from the finance department. He explained how everything works and gave us some very good recommendations. Sons Kia gave us excellent customer service. They are are my new “go-to” guys for cars.

I purchased a 2020 Kia Rio on September 7, 2020. This car has been a nightmare from hell. Within the same week I started having issues with this car. I have reached out to them several times about these issues to only get jerked around. This car is still under warranty and they act as if they are doing me a favor to fix their product. I tried taking this car back the first week. Before you buy a car here do your homework first! Make sure you know your prices on what your looking for before doing any deals. They tried to put me in a 2021 nightfall edition telluride at the MSRP 62,000.00. They don’t have a car on there lot starting at that price. Then tried to over charge for that same telluride by4,000.! The General manager is thief so is his finance manager!! Now, Big Country was awesome!
