RecommendedGreat Service with Great Communication the whole way. We brought our vehicle in for a mechanical issue we have had for a while. We took it to another Kia dealer previously who acted as though we were just crazy and sent us away telling us there was nothing wrong. It turns out that the issue was simply a maintenance issue. The tech recommended some service and after it was done, the vehicle ran great again. Our service advisor kept me in the loop the whole time.
The sales manager working the evening of January 24th was, without a doubt, the rudest, most crass person I have ever come into contact with in a business setting. I would ride a bicycle before I would ever ride in a car sold by this dealership.

After a TERRIBLE experience buying my 2020 Telluride from a KIA dealership in Macon, Ga, I decided to go to Sons KIA to have a recall issue addressed. The customer service at Sons is top notch, to say the least! Tim and Kim were both so helpful and kind. Not only did I have the recall issue taken care of, but I also had my car serviced. They were so pleasant and professional, which is exactly what customer service is about! Thanks again!!
As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by Brandon R. We told him I wanted to make sure I could get approved before I look at any cars. After being to 2-3 other dealerships he made it happen. I drove off that day with a 2020 Kia Forte and he made the experience a enjoyable one. He would cut up with us and just made it a really nice experience for everyone! Thank you Brandon!
