Terrible service. I was there at 1045 am and no one even came to the window until 11 to take my money or even acknowledge me. When the woman finally came to the window she shoved the food and drink in my hand. I’d rather go out of my way to the one off of Bay Area.
Very poor service. I ordered my breakfast with a ice water and they literally wanted me to pay for ice water.
Or there was that time my daughter and I went to get a drink there. The table next to us was giving the intercom person a hard time. (We were out front at the tables) The worker took our drinks to that table, they told him the order wasn't theirs... he then realized it was our order and brought it to us. The next morning I went to reuse my cup for water, and saw the wad of snot a worker added to the drink. That was horrifying
Katchup only. They always mess this up. Duh, we need $15/hr. Get a job sheet rocking, or framing if your lifestyle demands a better paying job, and quit messing up my sandwich. Lame
Never gives you the correct order after you even paid for it. Drive home miles away then have to drive all the way back to pick up food that was left out. A total of approximately 1 HOUR just to eat supper from sonic!! Was only given coupon, buy a burger get one free!! We thought it would be better this time under new management but we were wrong. Will never return to this Sonic.
this place has gone down asked for sweet tea got unsweet. sent it back got sweet with sugar but you can they added it did not stir it. just asked for chocolate chip cookie dough shake with extra cookie dough. no whip cream no extra cookie dough. I will not return.
My husband and I just sat at the drive in menu while the lady who was working the window and should’ve been taking our order was outside leaning into a car, hanging out chatting it up with whoever was in the car PARKED AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW! She got her head out of the car and I thought she was heading back inside to take our order.... nope.. she walked around to the other side hand on her hip and just kept talking. Served runny "shakes" all summer long....They cannot get orders right and the staff is rude. Young male manager has no business being in charge. Very disappointing. BRING BRAD BACK!!
