I know I’m not ordering steak however, it should not take 30 minutes to make 4 large drinks. I buzzed again checking on the order I was asked my name... not sure why because this isn’t Starbucks. love happy hour and chilli cheese tots!
Decent shakes but ordered a #1 combo (cheeseburger), was asked which condiments, said ketchup, read me back mayo and mustard, I said “no, no mayo or mustard, just ketchup and can I get pickles and bacon added”. I get home with a burger that’s crushed on the bottom of the bag, just a burger, cheese, bacon and ketchup on it. What? sat i stall 20 for 25 minutes last night with red light flashing never was greeted or order taken wound up leaving and going to Wendy's
RecommendedSo I ordered dinner here earlier and the girl with the bluish greenish hair was running ragged and apologized, but said the food was hot, and just a few minutes ago I ordered a shake, and she was STILL running Herself ragged. I don’t know her name, but whoever she is, she deserves a raise. A+ customer service and the food was fresh. Will definitely be back due to her

Horrible location! Unfriendly staff & it takes 10 minutes minimum just to get drinks on a slow day. People act like they don’t want their job!
I was there and sat in a stall for 20 minutes that was out of order before being told it was out of order. The sign wasn’t on it, it had blown off. The bad part was the car hops just kept walking by and not saying anything til I asked about why had other people got their order taken and I was still sitting and waiting.
My 3pc Chicken Tenders meal looked like I paid $7.00 for someone's leftover box...
