Absolutely terrible service, waited over 50 minutes and got annoyed to the pint I went up the the manager and asked for a refund to then find out that they had never even started my order.... this is outrages it only cause of the wait but because I was one of 3 cars their and within the 50 minutes their was then a full parking lot and they served other people without even trying to complete my order with only 6 milkshakes!! I highly DO NOT recommend this place!!
Waited 42 minutes for shakes, and ended up asking for a refund. The manager was very friendly, but I couldn't believe how slow the service was.
Horribly wait time. 40 minutes waited with no shakes in sight. After that asked for a refund and left. Terrible...

I order the simplest things on the menu and both of the items were wrong. it then took 15 minutes to come back with the correct food... which also tastes horrible.
Don’t ever go to sonic at 11:30 Pm at night. Customer service might be half way decent but the food isn’t!!! There chicken tenders fit in the palm of your hand, the tots are old and dry like they scrapped them from the bottom of the grill for left overs, no onion rings included in my meal, the corn dog was burnt and looked older than a day, the workers were joking around and didn’t take me seriously, the one girl couldn’t here me over the intercom so I take it she was occupied with her other coe workers, only one pack of hon... read more
