Every time I eat at Sonics on Halls Ferry my food is either burnt or cold. When I choose to complain the staff laughs and jokes among themselves and doesn’t fix the problem. They have poor service time the line is always around the building.
They could stop over cooking the food. Two weeks ago I got a steak sandwich that the steak was so burnt it was crisp. Tonight I stopped in got a corn dog it look like it was 3 days old. They need better management. They see the food they are serving and know its trash.
Recommendedso they were out of there newest sponsored butter burger and recommended their new patty melt. when I got to the window I was asked to pull forward and wait! wait and wait! maybe 18 minutes! Unacceptable! Especially when you have a new item on the menu! So rude

Funny how the other one on Cypress st doesn't appear on FB. The one near Super One. Overcooked food and small portions.
No butter for grilled cheese and onion rings not great second time on the onion rings and just got most the order wrong
The carhops and drive through never give my change back. Large drink $1.09 oh ok ... just keep the 91 cents because they don’t pay you to do you job!
