I wanted to share an extremely unpleasant experience my family and I had at your restaurant at 715 Town Center dr. In Lansing, KS. When we pulled up to the drive through to place our order, it was functioning at a volume that made it almost impossible to hear and place an order. The employee taking the order, Breylle, made no effort to ensure the order was correct. When we pulled to the window, I mentioned that the speaker is to quiet to hear. Sunday 2/2/20 at Noon and they only had drive thru open. No drive in service. We left!
I had eaten there my food wasn’t good got sick from it contacted corporate then received a call from that sonic location they were more into finding the receipt in there records instead of taking care of the customer ,I thought that was terrible you need to regain the customer confidence to come back and eat again it didn’t seem that way to me customer is 1 .
this place hired my daughter but they only give her 3 hours a week for a month. the management is rude and told my daughter that only the strong survive around there. would not recommend this place to anyone and people should boycott this location bc this place is terrible
If you go to a stall good luck getting them to answer when you push the red button. More than once we have set a long time with no response so we left. Definitely prefer the Kemah Sonic.
