They first off kept saying I wanted a number 5 after I said ONE 6 times. They finally took the 5 off got the things I didn’t want on it wrong 3 times and there was no toy in my sons kids meal. Other than that the food was about the same as any sonic although we had to pick the lettuce tomato and onions off which isn’t a big deal to me but is to some people. Being as I’ve worked in drive thrus before it could be the outdated speakers rather than the workers though.
This sonic is the joke of all Sonics. Paid $25 for food (3 kids meals md cheese stick and a medium hili cheese fry) and the only brought out one kids meal and a small cheese stick and then try to tell me that was all I ordered. I showed them the receipt and it took them 30 minutes to make everything and brought it out in separate trips. There were other issues but this was a big one! Thank god I don’t live here and was only passing through. Will never eat here again. No apology or anything from the staff.

Asked for no cherry on my shake. As noted in the receipt. Told Jaime I asked for no cherry, her reply “well next time just tell us.” I said I did, her reply “was well it wasn’t me. “ I work retail and have for 23 years while the customer is not always right...sometimes they are. Just accept responsibility, apologize and be nice. Don’t get an attitude with me when clearly you were wrong.
Very good food but by the time we all got home all 3 of us literally destroyed the toilet.
Drove from 15 minutes away from a burger and waffle cone. Ordering was a mess and so was the staff. Orders got confused, I almost didn't get my drink and my cone was melted by the time I got to the window. Won't be revisiting.
