Waited over 15 minutes for our ice cream. Then, my shake was more whipped cream than actual ice cream (the cup was filled half way with the shake, and half way with whipped cream). Not satisfied with the service and not satisfied with the product.
Don't bother coming here unless you plan on sitting in line for at least a half hour at the drive Thru. This has got to be the most mismanaged restaurant in Bloomington Normal.

Out of forks? Ate my chili/cheese tots with a spoon. Went to throw my trash out before leaving, and both garbage cans I tried were stuffed full. One carhop on-duty, running his tail off.

Used to be my go to burger place, now they havent been able to get my order correct the last 5 visits. I am not giving this location my business any longer
The food is good, but the service is beyond atrocious. Sitting AT the drive-up window for 10 minutes while cars behind are served and leave is unacceptable. Good job, "Managers". Good job.
