Just sat here for 45 minutes to get a regular coney dog, chef r bites & a drink! The cook time @ the most is 3:30, minutes!!! I worked @ Sonic for years but this is beyond ridiculous. Poorly managed & operated location. Gives Sonic a bad a name.
Have been here a handful of times because my kids like the drinks. Time after time, the service is crap and this particular time, the kid at the register seemed to have a hard time remembering the size drinks we were ordering. When we finally received the TWO drinks we ordered, my shake was melted as if it had been sitting on the counter for some time. Last straw, Sonic.

I love how I have contacted you twice about an issue and never got anything in the mail for food vouchers! You need a few better workers there in Normal. Always get shity service.
