Terribly slow. This is the 3rd time I've been to the drive thru for drinks only and have waited for 20 plus minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. It's fast food for a reason.
Disappointed again in the Bloomington Sonic. There were 3 of us in the drive through, it took about 15 minutes. I grabbed a few tots as soon as I was handed the bag, they were cold. My sandwiches were both wrong and I repeated the order three times. The sandwiches were also cold when we got them, we checked. Unfortunately this is similar to most experiences I have had there. No cherry on my milkshake :( not fair! My hotdog was on the bottom of the bag and got squished :(
Still sitting waiting for food after 30 minutes. I will be contacting the corporate office. These kind of wait times are uncalled for. Just got our food and the order wasn't even right. This store needs new management.
Worst Sonic I have been to. The last three times I have gone the wait is always close to 20 min. Last time when I got to the window I then had to inform them what my order was again so they could begin putting it together.
