Terrible food quality, consistantly
Poor management! The manager is lazy, the worker Xavier doesn’t know what he’s doing and has a nasty attitude, and the food isn’t that great! I don’t like the Normal store!!!
I sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Once they handed me the food and drinks, I quickly checked to be sure I had the number of items I ordered and pulled away. Down the road, I discovered that they gave us burgers half the size we ordered, with the wrong condiments (but of course charged for the bigger burgers). I unwrapped a burrito and found a long hair. It was too late to go back at that point, nor did I have any desire to sit in line again! Very disappointed. IF we go back, it would only ever be for drinks.
Hire honest people who take care of customers right
horrible service and our food came out cold. our Chile Fritos were like 3 Fritos in a pool of Chile. this is the second time in 2 weeks. figured we would give it a try in case it was a bad night. nope. lost our business.
Recommendedthe only issue is the order taker needs more training. I came thru the other day and asked the other day for slush ice in my soda with the response of "we don't have slush ice" tonight same girl husband asked for extra thin milkshake with no toppings. response "Our milkshakes only come one way" Definitely more training or a different job.

Just bought a lg.vanilla shake. Looks like they filled the cup 2/3rds. full of soft serve ice cream and 1/3 full of fake whip cream. Paid almost 5 dollars and it went in the garbage. I wanted a shake not ice cream in a cup.

The kids grilled cheese I just got home and realized I paid good money for. � toast wasn’t buttered and he cheese was a burnt puck. Sad but I won’t visit a restaurant I have to check my order on before leaving or risk this garbage. PS. I was the only car in the drive through when I pulled up and the only car the whole time I waited for my order.
