Got a medium popcorn chicken medium Tater tots with a side of cheese. Didn’t get the cheese I paid for. Meal over $8 and was like a kids happy meal. Should of went to Portillo’s. Same price but more and taste better. 1st and last time there.
Waited a long time in the drive thru to get cold kids meals. First two bags I was handed weren't even my orders. Then they took the food back and gave me what was my order.

Waited for 30 minutes after 'checking in' on an online order, never got our order which was a plain hamburger and 2 small cokes. (which was originally shakes but machine was broke). Unfortunate because I love their shakes.

Won't visit again. The person taking our order cut me off 3 times, kept asking if that was it. If she would have let me finish she would have known that's wasn't all. Advertise items on menu that they don't have. Server was rude.
RecommendedMy husband and I came to Sonic this morning for breakfast. We eat Keto, so we always have special requests. When we ask for no bun or in this case, no tortilla or tots, most places just slop it together and it never looks as appetizing as the regular menu, lol. Today, the employees at Sonic were super friendly, and didn’t seem bothered a bit by our special request. Best tots ever also best cherry lime aid
Horrible service! We waited over 30 minutes for two drinks when there were only a handful of other cars there. The car hop didn’t apologize for our insane wait either. Keep driving - plenty of other places in BN with way better customer service.
I came to this Sonic a couple months ago and had to wait over 45 minutes for my order. I was told they were short staffed that day, so I tried to be understanding and just waited. I visited again to and AGAIN waited over 45 minutes for my food. Today’s excuse was there was a special and they couldn’t keep up with orders. I was parked and could see there were only a handful of cars in the lot, so that excuse was false!! Oh and the staff does not care that you have been waiting either. I’m so done with this place!!!!
