RecommendedLove living here! Leaving Wilmington for work wasn’t easy... Yet, living in Sommerset Place certainly made it more enjoyable than I thought it would be. 2 hours from the beach, as well as the mountains in either direction.
After living here for a month, we have 5 maintenance orders still unrepaired! My bedroom window has been broken since move in and though they've promised they have ordered the part it's been over a month and my room is still unsafe! Our water closet door is broken and we were told "don't touch it." That is a hazard! There is no knob on the pantry door, no sign of our promised ice maker, the patio rail is dangerously broken with rusty nails hanging out, gaps in our doors, sliding door doesn't actually lock, the list goes on a... read more
