I love it here! The staff is amazing and maintenance is always helpful and attentive. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment in the Trussville area!
My son and daughter both rented apartments there. Both did not get there security deposits back. There was nothing wrong but normal wear and tear. They also received bills over and above their security deposits. My daughter's lawyer said there was nothing he could do because of the way the lease is worded. Let the buyer beware.! Just be prepared to lose your security deposit and more! I would suggest lots of pictures before move in and the day of the last walk through, but it probably won't make any diffetence!😠

My husband and I lived in Somerset at Trussville for two years. No pets. No children. We paid over $1100 each month for a 2/2 with a garage and that included water, sewer, garbage, and required insurance (only covers Somerset). When we moved in, we were NOT told that the new carpet installed was expected to last 5 years. At the move-out inspection, we were told by the assistant property manager that the carpet had a buckle in it and there were areas with significant wear...Continue Reading
