They are okay. I have been living here for almost a year. I have stayed at former apartments that were more cleaner and overall office and management people were more sensitive and open to your needs. Overall, the office can do a better job with treating their residents better instead of making you feel like you do not know anything. If you want the best top rated apartment experience, I would not recommend these. Check out other apartments in this area before you choose these.
Country squire maintained their grounds better than this place. That's pathetic.
The three level apartment building is horrible. When I moved in we were not asked what level we wanted. In fact we never even was the apartment shown till the day after we signed the contract. Never did I want to live in between two apartments. These are cardboard boxes and you hear and get loud noise disturbance from above and below. Now even with two young boys above and a special needs company below it is plain disgusting. I usually hate apartments, but this one is fantastic. I live in a one bedroom, and while I get the typical apartment noises, it's quieter than most. The apartment, itself, is super nice for the amount I pay. The grounds are nice, and they do well keeping it clean. They just redid their gym, and it's got great new equipment. I'm helping my friends move in here. It's a beautiful property with spacious apartments, even this one bedroom. The amenities are nice and having 2 pools is a plus. The grounds are a little bleak right now considering it is March and the rainy season. However I hear it is stunning in the spring. The pond is lovely and they are in the process of building a large community patio with grills and tables etc. Give em a call if you are considering a move to the Memphis area and want to be on the outskirts.
