Usually I don’t make these types of posts but this has to be said: I moved here from out of town and I rented an apartment from Somerset Apartment Management, LLC particularly Somerset at Lakeland...and this has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever endured with renting an apartment! I haven’t been here a whole month. Just 21 days!!! How do you get keys to an apartment that’s not cleaned with dishes and food along with hangers left from the last tenant that was evicted? horrible, my neighbor uses the charcoal grill around the wooden stairs, causing a risk of fire, the condo is dirty, the apartment is not detected against insects, the administration has been informed about all these problems at least 3 times I've emailed it to management to talk about it, but they don't seem to care about the quality of the condo. I really don't recommend this place anymore

lived here for nearly 10 years now, THE BEST staff ever, maintenance jobs is instant, as you know maintnance is the most important issue in renting apartments, and the maintnance here has been great forever... office staff is as friendly as it gets... thanks to Mellisa, Hillary, Bonnie, Somer, Cammy, Cooper, Olivia, Tommy, Khyrie, Roger, and to all of Somerset staff..
I don’t understand what kind of record management this office is running. I renewed my lease two months ago, stretching us out until June next year. So tell me why I go home and find a note at my door stating my lease expired and that I have to pay month per month with a balance due by tomorrow.... two days ago I had to drive and leave work for an hour because they didn’t have a copy of my key... so disorganized! I've lived in apartments for few years and customer service getting worse than when I first moved in under new management.... I'm looking at other comments and responses that begin with 'First of alll... 'wow- unprofessional
Loved living there but....management has a seriou sissue. Tirned over a balance dure of 879.00 after ive paod 400.00 of it. Been yrying to get on conyact withelissa the site manager and am being told always busy. Ivespomen with her twice about the issue and was told she will call back and never does. She cam never keep frony desk help and when she does they are rude and hayeful. Now this is on collection and they expecte to pay another 400.00 Not goimg to happen!
