8/6/17 on Sunday it supposed to be open from 1-5 pm. just spent 20 minutes from 1 to 1:20 waiting for somebody to open the leasing office. I really needed a package that they didn't put on the Luxor service yesterday so when to pick it up today and there was no body until I found a girl at 1:15 and she told me "I don't have the key to open the leasing office when though I work here today" HOW COME?????????
