It took 2 hours of waiting in the service department for them to tell me they didn't have the part. Imagine waiting all that time and then your vehicle is still not repaired. Very disappointed.
sold my husband a corvette that they knew that all the speakers were blown and had a bad battery. after my husband made a fuss they fixed the speakers. they even had it on the show room floor with a charger on the battery so he couldn't test drive it. Got the battery just charged enough to start it. has left my husband stranded twice. that's just sorry.

I came by yesterday and it was extremely busy and could not get vehicle serviced but he promised if I came on my lunch break the next day he would make sure I got what I needed.
