While vacationing in Alabama, we had an auto incident with our Saturn Outlook. Tony Clark at Solomon Chevrolet Cadillac made us feel like we were important to him as a service customer and went out of his way to ensure our vehicle would be repaired before we had to leave the area. A service technician left a tool in our vehicle and we are mailing it back to him because of the courtesy, kindness, and friendliness we received throughout this process.
