My experience with Tucker Mendheim was pleasurable. Overall they're good people, have good cars, and offer good service.
If you take you truck to this service department you will get ripped off. Phillip Holmes is a first class jerk. Some of the guys that work there are great but management here is the worst.
Service department is the worst. No customer service. Had a flat in front of dealership and pulled to their service depart for help and all service manager was worried about was me moving my truck away from their oil change bay. My tire had air when I arrived but after sitting for a few minutes it was completely flat and rim was on the pavement. He instructed me to move my truck now. Bought a used car from there. drove good-for 3 days. now after putting $2000 worth of parts into it-it jumped time so bad that it completely locked up the engine and broke parts under the valve cover. So-I'm out of a car and money. whole total I've lost is around $5000.I will never recommend this place, nor will I ever purchase there again.
Very helpful with the pricing of my dream ride and quick to get me on the road 😁 They also sent me cookies and a coffee cup in the mail :D MY TWO FAVORITE THINGS!!!
This place is a absolute joke, and that’s being nice about! Please I repeat please save your time, capitol Chevrolet is only a hour an half away you will be way better off, I’m not advertising for them just speaking from first hand experience!!!!
