The service department treated my wife so horribly today that I thought I must be in the twilight zone. I hope this hasn't happened to other ladies here. The sevice department damaged her car by putting a deep gash in the driver's side door. She was understandably upset but she wasn't asking for anything outside of them fixing the damage they did. she didn't threaten or ask to speak with a manager. Broke down on the way home from the beach and had car towed to this place because I thought I’d be getting quality service, I was wrong! Had a new engine installed and car ran good but we kept smelling gas. Turns out the fuel pressure sensor was spraying gas everywhere! For $8100 you could make sure stuff was tight!

Went in to buy my wife a new SUV and was asked for a copy of my ID and insurance so I could test drive one...They come back to me and said they wanted me to wait because they didn't understand my insurance card smh! Not my problem that you're illiterate! Told them nevermind I'll take my business elsewhere, Had the audacity to ask if my wife would still be coming to look at it!!

From Atlanta, traveling to PCB, check engine light came on. Pulled into Solomon at 3:45 on a Friday afternoon and it was fixed and ready to go in less than an hour. Superior service! I would really like to commend Shawn Conley, Service Advisor who provided superior service!

DO NOT go to Solomon Chevrolet if you want good, honest service. They sold me a used vehicle ( Toyota 4runner) that had not been serviced. All fluids low, no washer fluid, brakes @ 1mm, a piece of the mirror was broke, couldn't get the oil dipstick out which told me they didn't check the oil, etc. The sales manager, Mr. Hamm, could not tell me why my vehicle wasn't serviced and didn't seem to care.
