The space is perfectly located. The inside is sooo colorful! Sheila and Carolyn did an amazing job explaining everything and making all the women feel welcomed. I highly recommend it! It's super relaxing and good for all fitness levels.
I could not be more proud & excited about the dedication that these very special ladies have accomplished & continue to dream & excel in every imaginable possible way! This place is Awesome!..amazingly clean, fun, and state of the art facility. The minute you walk in you feel nothing but positive energy, uplifting vibes, and an all around welcoming atmosphere. The staff is Extremely knowledgeable, and friendly, which really helped make me as comfortable as possible. I definitely recommend Solitude Healing Arts to anyone and everyone!
