I love this place so much. the ladies are family and the enviornment is so welcoming and positive, it really is a great way to find solitude in your day and actually enjoy your workouts.
I love the environment and the amazing vibes you get from all these women! This is definitely considered my sanctuary and I feel so at peace like I don’t have to worry about my phone for a little while and get a really good and fun work out or stretch! There’s just a flow that you get the minute you walk into the door it makes you want to have fun and clear your mind�
A beautiful place for women. Your body gets a low impact workout that is challenging and your soul finds healing and peace. The classes are small, which I like. The instructors are knowledgeable about their craft and the environment is very positive & loving. A place to make friends and become like family.
The classes are small and private, not overwhelming and taught by the nicest girls. They are so helpful at making you feel comfortable. I’ve only tried the fly flow twice but I love it. It’s such a great workout but you leave feeling stretched and relaxed. The atmosphere and energy is awesome! This place is a hidden gem �
This is a beautiful gym that provides a safe space for solitude and healing. The instructors are very knowledgeable of their classes they provide and make you feel very comfortable. They offer a variety of classes to fit your schedule. These women reach out to help others in their community. It has been such a wonderful experience and I am thankful for Solitude Healing Arts! Carolyn was wonderful with us. She took the time to break down the moves so we felt confident, she had wonderful music and the place was beautiful. I absolutely loved every moment I was there. Coccooning was life changing for me! I can't wait to come back!
This is such an amazing studio! The girls are fantastic and make you feel like family. I am so thankful for this place!!! If you're not already a member, you should seriously look into it!!! You will LOVE it!!
I love the stretching class because it was at my pace. It was not to strenuous. I felt very refreshed after.
