RecommendedThis place is so great. Calming and pleasant. Sheila has created such a haven here. Not only was she kind and gentle, she’s also friendly and (Very) competent. Can’t wait to take even more classes with her. Love the studio itself also. Inspiring and pretty things to look at without it being cluttered at all.

The class was amazing. The instructor Shiela was amazing. The cocooning was amazing. Everything was amazing!

Owner Sheila is an amazing Inspiration. Coming from the Bay Area, I really needed her positive outlook and motivation to help better myself emotionally and physically, especially since I'm still struggling to acclamate myself to the Bako Heatwaves . Much appreciation to all these Special women .
I love the amazing trainers! I love that the classes are small. The studio has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The classes are fun and its a workout without the hard impact on the body. Cocoon class is a must after a workout or even after a hard day/week.
I absolutely love these girls. This is where I go for a little me time. The fly and stretch classes relieve so much of the tension I carry in my shoulders and neck. Also, I love how much the Barre, Circuit and Zumba classes work me everywhere! Thank you girls for everything!
These ladies and their place are amazing. The love, support and encouragement you get here goes far beyond what I have ever experienced. Shannon, Shiela and Caroline put their heart and soul into everything they do here. A great place to stretch your body and your soul.
Such a great place to be! I am so blessed to have found these fabulous ladies at Solitude! Every class teaches me something different and has allowed me to spend time with some amazing people!! Thank you for dedicating your time to us and for sharing your love and amazing healing spirit!
