You can't beat the location or the views the building is in pacable I managed and the manager Diamylis Deahora is a most accommodating and true professional. They work great with Realtors. I highly recommend this building to any of my clients looking for a rental in Miami!
I truly enjoy living at the Solitair in brickell , i couldn’t ask for anything more . I have the best view, and I have everything I need near me so no need to drive anywhere . You also have the metro station one block away so that makes it very easy to get around . I also want to thank Isabelle Trujillo for making it happen . I got my dream apartment thanks to her . She helped me through the whole process and made it very easy . She’s always available for anything we need . I truly recommend the solitair.
To those reading the 1 star review on this Facebook page, I have a response to all points. I was one of the first residents to move in here, and this building has been nothing short of amazing; the leasing office (Daimy, Ana, Isa, Anthony, Natasha) all make sure they know you on a first name basis. (1) the private resident gate was not broken but there was an issue with people who were taking advantage of the parking area, so the gate had to be left open to get those cars ou...Continue Reading
